Operation Underground Railroad (O.U.R.) is an organization dedicated to eradicating child sex trafficking. Founded in 2013, O.U.R. has crafted and achieved its mission to not just save children from child sex trafficking, but to seek justice for those victimized children. It works with local authorities to arrest those who organize and participate in sex trafficking. Every child that is rescued receives the proper rehabilitation care through local humanitarian agencies and returned to their families when possible.

Human Trafficking is a Humanitarian Crisis Both Internationally and in Your Neighborhoods
Human trafficking involves the use of force, fraud, or coercion to obtain some type of labor or commercial sex act. Every year, millions of men, women, and children are trafficked worldwide – including right here in the United States. It can happen in any community and victims can be any age, race, gender, or nationality. Traffickers might use violence, manipulation, or false promises of well-paying jobs or romantic relationships to lure victims into trafficking situations.
The trauma caused by the traffickers can be so great that many may not identify themselves as victims or ask for help, even in highly public settings. Language barriers, fear of their traffickers, and/or fear of law enforcement frequently keep victims from seeking help, making human trafficking a hidden crime.

Who is Elios? Why do we care?
The love and the desire to keep our loved ones safe is a universal need, anywhere in the world and the ability to do that is what we are working for. Working with organizations such as Operation Underground Railroad, Elios is pushing forward with developing personal tracking devices that can be used by anyone, anywhere on the globe.
With SOS alert, real-time tracking and portability, we are working to make this technology available to everyone. But we still have a ways to go to see this goal realized. Working with our partners, we can gain more knowledge and experience to create better products and services to make this world a better place.
